Christmas Carousel

Inspired to present the traditional fruitcake—a quintessential Christmas treat—in a form that would delight all ages, Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu has turned to a childhood attraction that spans many generations: the Carousel.

Evoking the wonder, joy and giddy excitement of carefree childhood memories, the Christmas Carousel is intended to transport the ethereal magic of Christmas to the holiday table, and represents a special invitation to share a sweet moment together this Christmas.

The fruitcake contains a mix of candied lemon, candied orange, candied cherry and raisins soaked in rum for over six months.

Frosted with a rich brandy buttercream, almond marzipan and fondant icing, an edible chocolate canopy and chocolate reindeer gallopers complete the masterpiece.
