Inspired by Fullerton’s rich heritage, this flavour was specially created by Chef Koh for the Fullerton x Tarte collection and is exclusively available at The Fullerton Hotels Singapore.

The Pineapple-Rambutan Tart presents the quintessential Chinese New Year treat in an elevated form, featuring a piquant mix of fresh Sarawak pineapple and rambutan on roasted pineapple compote.
