• Cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed three (3) days prior to the collection or delivery date

• Collection timing: 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
• Collection venue (all items, excluding hot items on 24 & 25 December 2025): The Fullerton Cake Boutique (lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore)
• Collection venue (hot items on 24 & 25 December 2025): TDB Room (B1 level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore)
• All collected items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Delivery: 

• 17 November to 27 December 2025
• Delivery Fee: S$50 nett per location in Singapore - enjoy complimentary delivery for purchases above S$500 nett (in a single order) to one location in Singapore
• All delivered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Consumption and Storage: 

• All perishable food items are recommended to be enjoyed within two (2) hours from delivery
• For optimum freshness and quality, please consume on the day of delivery and refer to storage instructions enclosed, where applicable
