Moutai Pork and Dried Scallop Rice Dumpling with Chinese Ham and Mushroom




The newest creation by Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng from Jade. The pork belly filling is marinated with premium Moutai white liquor for 48 hours, infusing the succulent meat with a distinctive aroma and complexity, tinged with a hint of smokiness.

For optimal taste and quality over an extended period, rice dumplings will be delivered or presented for collection in a chilled state. Please indicate any specific preferences in the 'Remarks' section.

Storage and Heating Instructions:

For refrigeration: Store for up to a week in the refrigerator. Steam for 10 minutes before consumption.

For freezing: Store for up to a month in the freezer. Steam for 25 minutes before consumption.


Available for collection and delivery from 20 May to 10 June 2024. The last day for placing takeaway orders is 6 June 2024.

Collection is available between 11.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. at The Fullerton Cake Boutique located at the lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

  • Delivery Fee: S$40 nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery is offered with purchases above S$500 nett (in a single order) to one location in Singapore.
