At its heart lies a large baked mooncake with eight yolks, representing the full moon on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month. Surrounding it are 14 mini baked mooncakes, adorned with alternating motifs of a celestial hare, citron fruit, and firefly — emblems of joy, prosperity and longevity
