The newest creation by Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng from Jade. Highlighting umami in layered form, miso-marinated pork belly is paired with dried scallop and kelp — ingredients prized in Cantonese kitchens for their natural savouriness. The result is rich yet balanced, achieving depth without heaviness.

Storage and Heating Instructions

To ensure optimal taste and quality, our rice dumplings are delivered or presented for collection in a chilled state. 

For refrigeration: Store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Steam for 10 minutes before consumption.

For freezing: Store for up to 1 month in the freezer. Steam for 25 minutes before consumption.

Collection and Delivery

Available for collection and delivery from 25 May to 19 June 2026. The last day for placing orders is 16 June 2026.

Please pre-order at least three days in advance for self-collection or four days in advance for delivery.

Between 11.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. at The Fullerton Cake Boutique, located at the lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

Delivery
S$30 nett per location in Singapore. Enjoy complimentary delivery with purchases above S$500 nett, in a single order, to one location in Singapore.
