An ode to Peranakan cuisine, this dainty dessert dumpling caps off the celebration on an auspiciously sweet note. Smooth red bean paste is gently sweetened with the rich caramel-like notes of Gula Melaka.

For optimal taste and quality over an extended period, rice dumplings will be delivered or presented for collection in a chilled state. Please indicate any specific preferences in the 'Remarks' section.

Storage and Heating Instructions:

For refrigeration: Store for up to a week in the refrigerator. Steam for 10 minutes before consumption.

For freezing: Store for up to a month in the freezer. Steam for 25 minutes before consumption.

Collection is available between 11.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. at The Fullerton Cake Boutique located at the lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

• Delivery Fee: S$40 nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery is offered with purchases above S$500 nett (in a single order) to one location in Singapore.
