INGREDIENTS

45ml tequila
15ml honey ginger syrup
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml grenadine
15ml sugar syrup
30ml pasteurised egg white (optional)
Soda water
Lime wedges to garnish

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail mixer and shake well. Double strain into a tall glass, top up with soda water and garnish with lime wedges.
