Terms & Conditions for Credit Card Discount: 

• Only eligible cards will be awarded. Discount will be applied when credit card number is entered on the payment page. Please refer to your issuing bank for further information on the privileges and eligibility.
• Discount is applicable to selected Lunar New Year items excluding the Fortune Treasures Pen Cai, Abundance Hamper, and The Fullerton Bak Kwa.
• Discount is not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, offers and privileges. 

Orders, Collection & Delivery: 

• The last day for placing takeaway orders is 28 February 2026. Please allow 4 working days to process your orders.
• Cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed 3 days prior to the collection or delivery date.
• Collection and delivery are available from 26 January to 3 March 2026.
• Collection is available between 11.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. at The Fullerton Cake Boutique located at the lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.
• Delivery Fee: S$50 nett per location in Singapore.
• Complimentary delivery is offered for purchases above S$500 nett (in a single order) to one location in Singapore. 
• Kindly note that delivered or collected items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Consumption & Storage: 

• All perishable food items are best enjoyed within 2 hours from delivery.
• For ensured quality, please consume within the day of delivery and refer to storage instructions enclosed, where applicable.

General Terms & Conditions: 

• Prices are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
• All images shown are for illustrative purposes only and actual product presentations may vary. 
• The Fullerton Hotel Singapore reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability.
