The Year of the Tiger gets off to a roaring start with a resplendent collection of Lunar New Year gourmet specials. Feast on classic treats such as Jade's Great Treasures Pen Cai and Gold Rush Salmon Yu Sheng, or share your greetings with newly launched goodies such as the Rose Water Chestnut Cake, The Fullerton Bak Kwa, and other takeaway delights.

Available for collection and delivery from 10 January to 15 February 2022 (Gold Rush Salmon Yu Sheng and Great Treasures Pen Cai are available from 17 January to 15 February 2022). Please allow three working days for the processing of your order. The last day for placing orders is 12 February 2022. All orders are to be collected at The Fullerton Cake Boutique between 11.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. (until 4.30 p.m. on 31 January 2022). Delivery can be arranged at S$70 nett per location in Singapore (delivery service is not available from 31 January to 3 February 2022). Complimentary delivery is offered with purchases above S$500 nett (in a single order) to one location in Singapore.

Artisanal Creations

Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu presents his newest artisanal creation, ‘The Mandarin’, composed of creamy vanilla bean mousse, fragrant pineapple cremeux and mandarin almond frangipane. As delightful gifts to tote along for visits, the hand-crafted Sweet Fortune Cupcakes comprise vanilla cake and orange pineapple compote, adorned with lucky symbols for good fortune.

The Clifford Pier Goodies

The Clifford Pier Collection presents the brand-new Baked Peach Cookies, freshly handcrafted to resemble a peach – a symbol of longevity – and filled with white lotus paste and bits of dried peach, alongside timeless Love Letters and Green Pea Cookies.
