Sumptuous Celebrations at Home

Specially curated by Jade Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng, the Jade Harmony Bundle is ideal for five persons, featuring traditional dishes like roasted duck and braised ten-head South African abalone with sea cucumber. For a more lavish reunion, the Jade Treasures Bundle provides a sumptuous spread for eight persons with the Great Treasures Pen Cai, poached chicken with angelica root, and more.

An Ode to Tradition

Celebrate the full-fledged return of lion dances this year. Jade Executive Chef Leong introduces the Lion Dance Eight Treasures Cookies, handcrafted to resemble the head of a lion dance costume.

Each buttery shortbread cookie is generously filled with pineapple paste, white lotus paste, osmanthus, peanuts, white sesame seeds, melon seeds, pickled winter melon, and white peppercorn.

Contemporary Creations

Slice into the Fortune Treasure Bowl, specially crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu for sharing during Lunar New Year visits.

Delight your relatives and friends while honouring tradition, with a trio of single-portion cakes presented by Chef Prabhu: the Mandarin, the Firecracker and the Jasmine Yuzu Brew.

An Iconic Snack

In addition to the original flavour, The Fullerton Bak Kwa is available in a new truffle flavour this year, made using premium Brazilian hog shoulder.

Marinated for over 24 hours in a unique blend of truffle oil and spices, the hand- sliced meat is grilled in the traditional two-stage method, beginning in a charcoal-fired oven over large bamboo trays. Sourced from the high mountains of China, the bamboo imparts a light earthy scent, balancing out the heavier charred aroma from the second stage, open-fire charcoal grilling. Discover the tender and aromatic outcome, elevated with the rich umami of truffle.

Ordering, Collection and Delivery: 

  • The last day for placing takeaway orders is 1 February 2023. Please allow 4 working days to process your orders.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed 3 days prior to the collection or delivery date.
  • Collection and delivery are available from 3 January to 5 February 2023.
  • Collection is available between 11.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. at The Fullerton Cake Boutique located at the lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.
  • Delivery Fee: S$80 nett per location in Singapore (delivery service is unavailable on 21 to 23 January 2023).
  • Complimentary delivery is offered for purchases above S$600 nett (in a single order) to one location in Singapore. 
  • Kindly note that delivered or collected items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Consumption and Storage: 

  • All perishable food items are recommended to be enjoyed within 2 hours from delivery.
  • For ensured quality, please consume within the day of delivery and refer to storage instructions enclosed, where applicable.
