Introducing our new locally inspired flavour, designed to balance the richness of the festive feast.

‘White Christmas’ meets classic Peranakan flavours in this dreamy composition of silky coconut mousse, pineapple and passion fruit compôte, and airy pandan chiffon.

The cake is gently sweetened with the toffee-like notes of Gula Melaka, and finished with a dusting of edible silver flakes and a blanket of ‘snow’.
